Server
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant on Deadwood Main Street. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Provide recommendations on menu items, including food pairings and specials.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverges to guests while maintaining attention to detail.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tales, chairs, and service stations.
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure health and safety of our guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.A
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
