Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Lead Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations before and after service.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper storage of food items.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

  • Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.

  • Uphold high standards of presentation for all dishes served.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the culinary field.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
