Bouncer/Doorman

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and will check ID's. This role is essential in maintaining security and providing excellent customer service while monitoring the premises.

Duties

  • Greet and assist guests as they enter and exit the premises, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Monitor entry points to ensure only authorized individuals gain access to the building.
  • Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, implementing conflict management strategies when necessary.
  • Provide first aid assistance as needed, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement or security personnel when required, maintaining effective communication at all times.

Skills

  • Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail, enabling quick identification of potential security threats or issues.
